Email Marketing for Restaurants

Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Email Marketing for Restaurants, its free tools, templates and guides. In short: use the templates for your own restaurant, check every draft before you send it, and don't use the tools for spam or misleading offers.

Who we are

Email Marketing for Restaurants is run by Evan. Contact: hello@emailmarketingforrestaurants.org.

Templates and subject lines

You're free to copy, edit and use our templates and subject lines for your own restaurant's marketing, or for a restaurant you work for. Please don't resell or republish them as a template pack or collection.

What you write with our tools

Drafts you create with the generator and tools are yours to use. They're drafts: you're responsible for checking every date, offer, price and link, and for following the law that applies to your emails, including the CAN-SPAM Act. We don't send emails for you.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to:

  • create misleading offers or claims, or emails for people who didn't agree to receive them
  • get around the daily limits, for example with scripts or automated requests
  • interfere with the site or other people's use of it

Limits and availability

The free tools have daily limits, and we may pause or change them, for example when the day's AI budget is used up. We try to keep everything running but can't promise it will always be available.

No guarantees

Our guides, templates and comparisons are general information, provided as is. We can't promise any marketing result, and software prices and features change, so confirm them on the vendor's site before you buy. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or acting on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
